During the economy model is changing form planned economy to themarket economy, the traditional mode of education is transforming to thenew education model. The development of the education is not onlyaffected by the planned economic system, but is subject to the impact ofthe market economy because of the superposition of the economic system.Furthermore, the pluralism of social value outlook and the globaleconomic integration place an influence on the economic development.
