On May9,2007, under the guidance of the State Council Premier Wen Jiabao workreport, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Personneljointly develop a "Normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education FreeEducation (for Trial Implementation)" notification, which decides to implement the FreeEducation system at Beijing Normal University, East China Normal University, NortheastNormal University, Central China Normal University, Shaanxi Normal University andSouthwest University that six under the Ministry of Education Normal from2007in the fall.The state encourages free normal graduates to teach for a long-term and lifelong for teachingto solve the status of the uneven development of teachers. At present, most of the research ismainly focused on the free normal education policy research, free normal education teachersin the course system of research and a part of Free Normal research. This shows that theliterature material about the teachers’ professional skills of Free Normal formation anddevelopment of the current literature research is lacked. However, according to the literatureanalysis, we found that a lot of research only focused on teachers’ professional skillsdevelopment, but the object of study is mainly concentrated in this group of in-serviceteachers. Mathematics education teaching period is the initial stage of teacher career. Thestudents of mathematics of free education accepted education in the Normal Schoolseducation, which is to become a qualified teacher after graduation. But in active serviceteacher accepted teacher training, which is to enhance the development of their teachers’professional capacity. Their starting point is different, thus the factors of affecting thedevelopment of professional competence of teachers are different. The students of Freemathematics education have to study a lot of courses about teachers’ professional skills bylearning the knowledge and ability of accepting training courses in normal colleges. So whichfactors impact on the development of professional skills of mathematics Free StudentTeachers? In this study, the professional skills of teachers is divided into four dimensions:universal and basic skills, classroom teaching skills, educating people skills and educationalresearch skills. In this study, we will examine the influencing factors of mathematics FreeNormal development of teachers’ professional skills and improve on the four dimensions ofknowledge learning and capacity training. The factors explored are that most of themathematical Free Normal Normal Schools can learn the knowledge and teaching ability andtraining.The conclusion of this paper research:This paper explores on mathematics teachers’ professional skills development and theinfluence factors of the inquiry for free normal students from the general and basic skills, theclassroom teaching skills, educating person skills, education research skills these fourdimensions. The following conclusion: 1.The practice of mathematics education affects mostly the development of common basicskills, the impact of participating in three separate word games is minimum.2.The mathematical way of thinking, ways of thinking and mastering, and the defecationof middle school mathematics concept, the methods and link between of them, which impacton the improvement of classroom teaching skills. Mathematics education practices forimproving classroom teaching skills came in third place because of short time of educationalpractice and less lecture number.3.The study of educational expertise influences the development of learning skills of thefully educating people mostly, but multiple courses of education expertise is different fromthe degree of attention. Education and mathematics pedagogy ranks the top two in theeducation and professional knowledge of teachers’ professional skills development, and freenormal students are not interested in education technology because of theorization.4.Regular teaching self-questioning has a great effect on the development of educationand scientific research skills. However, due to the self-questioning can not be inspected timely,which leads to the number of practice of courses can not meet the need for reflection.5.The students of different gender have different opinions on mathematical thinking andway of thinking, the professional guidance of the faculty, participating in educational research,concerning about online high school students and mathematics history knowledge.6.Different grades are distinct different on Mandarin exams, disciplinary expertise,exploring teaching with the students or learning problems, knowledge of the history ofmathematics, concerning about online secondary school students in the development andusing of teaching resources outside the mathematics textbooks, the communion of high schoolstudents, participating in educational research and practice of mathematics education.
