The Traditional Mathematics Learning way emphasizes on reception learning way which teachers pay more attention on the learning outcome of students than learning way of students. In this way students who receive knowledge mechanical loose their interests of learning and they can’t involve actively in learning activities. So that it directly influence the students to understand the knowledge and to develop their own study ability. But along with the continuous education development, the Experiential Mathematics Learning which is characterized by experience and exploration is approved and praised highly by many teachers.The Experiential Mathematics Learning emphasizes on students own experiences, participation and practicality. It makes students the master to involve the study activities and take an interest in learning math. It’s good for them to build their knowledge, develop mathematics consciousness and practical math ability.The Experiential Mathematics Learning in primary school may have different details, forms and effect in developing process, due to the influence of various factors. According to relevant theory and combining with the teaching math cases in primary school, the author researches and practices the Experiential Mathematics Learning in primary school.This article analyses the concept, theoretical, characteristics and significance of The Experiential Mathematics Learning. It combines author’s practices of the Experiential Mathematics Learning in her classroom. The author sums up the details and forms of the Experiential Mathematics Learning, analyses the key points of the Experiential Mathematics Learning before the class, during the class, after the class, and also points out the problems of the Experiential Mathematics Learning. It provides the references for the future practices.
