developing IT courses in basic education is an important step in quality education.Theability of using computer and internet is necessary in nowadays,so teachers and parentsshould support and guide students in these,not curb.In the other hand,information technologycourses has become more important.Through a period of investigation,besides the remoteareas where have no hareware to use,information technology courses in the urban school stillexist many problems: the heavy task,difficult to achieve individualized,difficult toappraisal,and so on.In this paper,conducted a survey of the demand for high school stu-dents.through statisticsand research shows that the students prefer high-tech products,new things and fun in ITcourses to knowledge learning.For improving this situation,using social networking platformfor IT teaching is necessary.It will help in teamwork and tenacity to overcome difficulties.Inusing of the social networking,the information literacy of students has greatly increased.We use open source iwebSNS development tools,designed and developed a socialnetworking platform for the teaching of IT courses,And also designing a new model of ITteaching in high school by changing the curriculum model to adapt to students’psychological.According to constructivist thinking, the students on the platform can exchangeand discuss as the principal and wherea the teachers as subsidiaries.The plateform suffices thewishes of students who are eager to share and explore.In the actual teaching, students’ interestand the results have been markedly improved by using the plateform.
