With the continuous development of society, the change of the multimedia computer system and the rapid development of Internet technology, video resources, from both the macro and the micro perspectives, fill the human living environment in the world. They have become the intermediary, thus people really do not have to go out yet can know "the whole world". On this basis, video resources are widely used by more and more teachers and they have become a teaching aid. This paper attempts to analyze the effective use of video resources in primary school Chinese teaching and tries to combine the result of the experiment design with the relevant theory, comprehensively explore the effective use of video resources in oral communication teaching, reading teaching, writing teaching and the language synthesis practice. It also tries to discuss how to extend the film resources to the school community activities, so as to merge the students’ learning and their life and achieve the educational unification.The purpose of the research, first of all, is to use video resources to stimulate students’interest in learning. Albert Einstein said,"Interest is the best teacher". If teachers can stimulate students’ interest in study, students will actively participate in study and explore what they are learning so that the teaching activities can be prepared smoothly. Secondly, in the research process, the organization mode in the primary school Chinese language teaching can be enriched. If film and television resources can be effectively used in the primary school Chinese language teaching, they can improve the teaching quality, strengthen students’ learning efficiency and they can also promote teachers’ teaching. Finally, if video resources are introduced into the primary school Chinese language teaching as the main multimedia teaching means, the students’ learning and their life can be closely related to each other; abstract knowledge can then turn more specific. In this way, students’ perspectives can be expanded. Students themselves can accumulate their humanistic quality, improve their aesthetic taste and the purpose for students’ all-round development can be achieved. Movie resources as an audio-visual medium, if teachers can cultivate them adequately and use them properly, will play an important role in the primary school Chinese language learning.This paper consists of seven chapters:the first chapter is introduction; the second chapter from the movie resources connotation, the characteristics and the functions of video resources in the primary school Chinese language classroom teaching, and their application discusses its effective value; the third chapter analyzes the domestic and overseas research results and the present conditions of video resources; the fourth chapter expounds the theoretical basis on which video resources are used in the primary school Chinese language teaching; the fifth chapter from the research program design and classroom practice, research of video resources in Chinese oral communication teaching in primary school, reading teaching, writing teaching and Chinese comprehensive practical implementation, and its extension to the school community activities effective mode; the sixth chapter briefly describes the film resource in primary school Chinese teaching the problems and Countermeasures of; the seventh part is a conclusion, the film resource in primary school Chinese teaching prospect of future development.In the development of society, science and technology progress, resources and other resources better integration, combined with higher scientific and technological means, construct more diversified education modes. The majority of educators of continuous work, the future primary school Chinese education, will all flowers bloom together.
