| With our country and society paying much more attention to pre-school education, the importance of the development of infancy in the process of one’s lifetime has aroused increasingly concerns, in which the role of Home-Kindergarten cooperation is indispensable to the family education and pre-school education. On the basis of research, this paper tries to practically analyze the problems of Home-Kindergarten cooperation in its class work.This article includes three parts excepting preface.The first part gives a full-scale description on definition, bases and significances of Home-Kindergarten cooperation.The second part discusses the practical trial of Home-Kindergarten cooperation in the class work. Based on the investigation, this part analyzes those elements affecting cooperation between home and kindergarten, then defines the principles of carrying out the cooperation efficiently, expands its forms, and furthermore explores scientific strategies of implementing it.In the manner of reflection, the third part puts forward four suggestions of improving it, with summarizing the effect and experience of Home-Kindergarten cooperation in class work. First, utilize educational resources reasonably and emphasize the self-advantages of kindergarten; second, break through traditional pattern of cooperation and prevent from the inclination of formalization; third, elevate the standards for those who applying for pre-school teacher and enhance the comprehensive occupational accomplishment of all teachers; finally, adjust the curricular framework of the subject of pre-school education and improve professional qualities of teachers to lead the progress of interaction between home and kindergarten efficaciously. |
