| With the development of Chinese economy and culture, the higher education reform deepening, the pattern of multi-campus universities has been formed. The multi-campus universities environment has played a positive role in alleviating the recruitment of students scale expansion, education resources shortage in the mass education stage. Because of campus dispersion, the number of students are rapidly increasing, the students’learning and living style has changed greatly, for the traditional single campus mode of the student management is a serious challenge. This paper attempts through the questionnaire survey, analysis of Nanchang University student management present situation, use for reference the valuable experience of multi-campus student management in Britain and the United States, and combining the actual situation of Nanchang University, put forward the improvement strategy of the multi-campus university student management. This research mainly includes the following three parts.The first part, the paper first discusses the origin of multi-campus universities and formation, this paper expounds the related theory of the management of university students, the authors compare and analyze the single campus and campus in the student management pattern similarities and differences, reviews the history of university students’management evolution in our country.The second part, taking Nanchang University as an example, firstly, through the questionnaire survey make an analysis of the multi-campus student management present situation in Nanchang University, and then analyzes the reason of influence on the multi-campus student management. Finally, summarizes the main achievement of student management in the Nanchang University.The third part, in order to further solve the problem by comparing the difference between domestic and foreign multi-campus universities student management in organization structure, management mode and operation mechanism, fully using for reference the successful experience of foreign countries and combining with the Nanchang University student management work their own development of exploration. In view of the difficulty of present multi-campus student management conditions, puts forward a series of strategies from the renewal of management concept, perfecting the student management work system, improve the service level and realize resources sharing, developing "three-autonomy" education, expect for the multi-campus university student management to provide the new train of thought. |
