College or university students are the backbone of the state and society in the future development, whoes legal quality directly affects the process of socialist material civilization, spiritual civilization, political civilization construction. The main way for the college students who does not major in law to learn Legal knowledge is just the legal basis lesson for college student or the ideological and political education classes, that all the public courses, which have uniform teaching materials and the content is too simple that can not meet the needs of students’living and working.College counselors work under the leader and organization of the university party committee, and as the ideological and political work for the core, and as the moral education for college students from boot as the focus. College counselors who have the dual identity of university educators and administrators own the features that directly on the ideological and political education of college students, grassroots, service, and so on. So, the College and university Counselors intervene in the Students’ Legal Quality Education, not only help to further improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education, but also play a unique role of training college students’legal quality in the daily life between the counselor and their students. Adding the legal quality training in the management of daily ideological education for college students for the target to guide college students to Knowing, understanding and usage the law, which of great practical significance to promote its view of the world, life and values formation.As a college counselors, using my own personal and work experience and from the perspective of counselors to studying the Students’ Legal Quality Education. By studying Students’ Legal Quality education for non-legal professional students, studying the status quo of college counselors work, studying the legal knowledge tune questionnaires and looking for students to talk to explore the way that the college counselors intervene in the Students’ Legal Quality Education, which can do a reference and help to the counselors who intention to intervene in the Students’ Legal Quality.
