The Empirical Research On The Team Construction Of University Counselors From The Perspective Of "Three Full-education"

"Three full-education" has put forward new requirements for the current work of college counselors.Counselors as the backbone of carrying out ideological and political education work,under the "three fulleducation" horizon,explore the counselor team construction and development,to carry out khalid ents basic task,promoting the comprehensive ability of the current college counselor team has an important role.This article first has been clear about the "three full-education" and the connotation of college counselor team construction requirements,combed the "three education" and the historical development process of college counselor team construction,found and pointed out that under the premise of the current "three full-education" horizon to the counselor team construction in colleges and universities should grasp the firm ideal faith,enhance the moral sentiment,return ability quality new ideas;To find the new positioning of being the vanguard force in the whole staff,the coordinated force in all directions and the key force in the whole process;Make clear the new ideas of systematic construction,comprehensive construction and coordinated construction.Secondly,through the investigation of some counselors and student groups in universities in Wuhu city,we know that the construction of college counselors is orderly and improving day by day,but there are also some problems that need to be solved.For example,the personnel structure of the college counselor team needs to be refined scientifically,the allocation of daily work needs to be optimized scientifically,the practical effect of the counselor’s education needs to be improved,the "three full-education" reform among colleges and universities is not balanced enough,the personal development space of the college counselor is limited,and the cooperative education effect of the college counselor team is not good.Through the analysis and summary of the problems,it is found that the reasons for the formation of the problems are as follows: the change of the concept of "three fulleducation" of the counselor team is not in place,the admittance mechanism of the college counselor team is not detailed enough,the working path of the counselor team is not scientific,and the work incentive guarantee of the counselor team is not perfect.Finally,according to the causes of the problems,the countermeasures for the construction and development of the counselor team under the vision of "three overall education" are put forward.First,two ideas should be highlighted,including the fundamental idea of "moral education" and the core idea of "collaborative education".The second is to perfect three mechanisms,namely access mechanism,training mechanism and work incentive mechanism;The third is to continue to broaden the four paths,including comprehensively building a new ecology of collaborative education,key construction demonstration platform,innovation of counselor development professional path,and strengthening the innovation and application of education carrier.Pay attention to the growth needs of students,attach importance to the development needs of the counselor team,organically combine the two,start from the theoretical understanding,constantly improve the relevant working mechanism,to seek more innovative work path,so as to realize the whole process of all-round education.
