Man as a part of human existence, life are inseparable from society.living in the community.people is linked with other people who is lived In the neighborhood,where communication are essential.Mentioned communication,many people have wrong ideas that "communication is nothing great,we will,and do every day."However,in the ongoing study,work and life,how many people can really communicate effectively with others.Famous masters of success Carnegie once said "so-called communication is synchronous,everyone has his own features,and communication require you consistent with others."This shows that the communication is not an instinctive,not innate,but a capacity.lt need to nurture.The university instructors as an important part of university teaching staff and management team play an important role in talents cultivation and construction of harmonious campus culture in colleges and universities. In their daily life,instructor shoulders on student organization,guidance and management responsibilities.and directly contact with university students.To a large extent,the effect of counselor’s work have a great relationship with their ability to communicate with students effectively.This paper begin with the instructor and student communication situation, and analysis the instructors and the students’ problems in communication, specifically raised instructors and students effective communication principles, methods and strategies,which is helpful to counselors to achieve effective communication with students.
