As European economic power and manufacturing power, Germany’sachievements are obvious all over the world. While People see Germanyachievements, they will think about the reasons and then found out theimportant role of education. Germans has always attached great importance toeducation, in their view, development of education and talent emergingconstantly are important for a country which is leading in the international.With the increasing globalization process, the cooperation between countriesis strengthen constantly, including the educational field. Between the variouscountries, exchange and the cooperation process are more about learn fromeach other and the process of draw from each other. This paper attempts tointroduce and analysis educational oriental plan about the baden–wuerttemberg kindergarten of Germany. Comparing with the Chinesepreschool education policy, further to enrich and develop our pre-schooleducation theory, and let more people know about the German pre-schooleducation present situation.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part is the basis of this study. it included the study of the origin,the implications of the research, the thinking and methods of the research andthe actual state, it outlined the research origin, a detailed explanation of thesignificance and practical value, further defined the value and purpose, whichfully grasp the research of concrete research ideas and methods. Point out theway of thinking, and, at the same time, summarized the research of the relatedresearch and for this study provides the support of theory and practice.The second part is the study of the theoretical foundation, in this part theauthor introduced from three aspects emphatically, First, the author introducethe social background, the author and through the form to show the plan clearly. Secondly, this paper introduces the education the foundation andtarget.that is, from the view point of children for education program, has beenclear about the program starting point. Further expounds the kindergarteneducation program to "education" and "educated" meaning understanding.Theinteraction of internal and external causes when Children grow up,the processof interaction with the environment in the learning methods and grow way,the important of the games for children, the importance of the good intentionswhich is formed in the early children life, the diversity and difference inchildren’s growth and development process, etc. Third, due to the limitedlength paper, in the kindergarten education and growth of fields, such as bodyarea, senses area, language area, thought area, emotion area and compassionarea, meaning value and religious area, I just chose out three areas, it is bodyarea language area and thought area. And analysis from the development goalfor German kindergarten education, the problem which has enlightenmentfunction, and the connection with primary school.The third part is the enlightenment of this research,it means theconcludes and reflection of the study. Through Interpreting the plan, andthrough compared with Chinese relative policy, the author explain theGerman education program features from the content view and the formview.and advantages which are worthy of our study, thought and reference.The paper provides some references for the education policy formulation ofour country and children education worker in the teaching activities design.
