With calisthenics teaching experience and modern society in sports and culturalneeds level continues to expand, past with "sport technique and physicalteaching" traditionally dominated the calisthenics teaching pattern has not fullymeet the requirements of the development of modern physical education. Papersto changchun8college calisthenics teaching as research object, by whichcomprised of the400students and30teacher as respondents, the literaturematerial law, expert interview and questionnaire investigation method, thecomprehensive analysis and reflection in changchun ordinary calisthenicsteaching situation, proposed aerobics course "culture of" mode of teachingtheory conceiving, and detailed expounds its theoretical basis and superiorqualities and basic theoretical framework, new period calisthenics teachingreform to provide the reference. The main conclusions are as follows:1)"health first" is changchun ordinary calisthenics teaching the guiding thought,but in the concrete implementation, most of the university still according to"technique teaching" and "physical teaching ’guiding ideology ofconducting;" Cultural change "teaching mode advocated in aerobics teaching,both have overall teaching ideas, and must have different teaching stages ofteaching ideas, reflect the gradation teaching ideas and continuity.2) in changchun calisthenics teaching teaching content choice exists on thecharacteristics of unilateralism and oneness. Mainly displays in: teachingcontent by the professor prescribed technical movements and masscallisthenics aerobics primarily, teaching guideline to implement notthoroughly, teaching material utilization rate is low, joining theory ignored,etc."The culture of" mode of teaching advocated calisthenics teachingcontent must be based on the aerobics features and choose to health as theleading teaching contents, according to the needs of society and studentsneed, combining modern fashionable element, reflect theory and practice,and technical movement and aerobics culture, the integration of physical andpsychological, outstanding aerobics lecture content of cultural attributes.3) changchun aerobics course mostly with elective form creation, theory class hours scarce, multimedia teaching media is not much,"------exercisesexplain demonstration correct mistakes" is the main method of teaching."The culture of" mode of teaching advocated the choice of teaching methodsshould be highlighted many kinds of teaching method of optimumcombination and innovation, in each semester or should each paragraph,according to the teaching of teaching content and teaching object’s specificconditions, timely transformation teaching methods, teaching contents as theaerobics culture as a whole more effective to impart to students.4) changchun calisthenics teaching in teaching evaluation, there exist teachingtarget multiple and teaching evaluation of single contradictory phenomenon.Teaching evaluation is mainly directed against the provisions completebodybuilding movements rating is good or bad,"The culture of" mode ofteaching advocated aerobics teaching evaluation should use processevaluation and evaluating the results combined, teacher evaluation andstudents self-evaluation of combining the evaluation method, evaluationcontent, advocated in previously in students’ physical quality standard scoresor a set of aerobics scores of assessment, integrated, change is physical,psychological and social quality evaluation multidimensionality.
