It stressed that a comprehensive understanding of traditional culture, which can express:take the essence, goes to its dregs, make the past serve the present, bring forth the new through the old. Chinese traditional culture embodies Chinese nation the spiritual wealth, is the construction harmonious socialist spiritual home and the important support of deep foundation. Traditional Confucianism is the core and essence of the excellent traditional Chinese culture, its rich connotation and brilliant achievements for the current society has a profound influence which for establishing the moral fabric of society and playing some role. Contemporary college students are naive, the hope of country’s future and the nation. They undertake the historic mission to inherit and carry forward Chinese traditional culture. The status of their moral concepts affects the nation’s progress and social development.Socialist market economy under the impact of ideological and moral, university workers need to strengthen ideological and political education with college students, to guide the behavior of college students correctly, to help students to establish good moral values and cultivate good moral character, which could perfect the socialist moral system. Moral education in colleges and universities, educational content and tools with traditional Chinese culture is not a lot. Therefore, the traditional Confucian which dominated Chinese excellent traditional culture of the spirit are taken into the ideological and political education is very necessary, also has certain practical significance.The article is divided into three parts:The first part mainly on analysis the current situation of contemporary college students’ moral status, and then this part explained reasons why the college students’ moral values appear deviation. At present, the college students’ moral concepts and problems are ideals fuzzy uncertainty, materialistic value orientation of righteousness, lack of personal integrity and responsibility,pay attention to self, play responsibility in social responsibility difficultly.Because of the unfavorable factors from many different perspectives, these problems is considered, the negative impact of social transition and development of market economy, the imperfections of the university work environment and university workers is low quality, poor family environment and parents do not have a high quality, as well as college students lack a deep understanding of their own morality.The second part mainly discusses the traditional Confucianism contains the moral content, as well as the practical significance of the traditional Confucian ethics for contemporary college students.The traditional Confucian emphasis six aspects:personality cultivation, this excellent quality reflects the combination of studying and thinking, Dusing spirit, self-improvement, the generous love and discern meaning of interest,the road of the mean.The traditional Confucian ideas on the establishment of the Students’ Moral also has a positive significance:it is helpful for college students to establish a correct outlook on life and values, is conducive to the cultivation of College Students’ patriotic spirit and high sense of social responsibility, is helpful to sharp the students self-fortitude, is helpful to establish a college student credit centered thoughts and to enhance the ability of college students when dealing with others.The third part mainly put forward the effective way on college students morality construction by using the Confucian tradition. Value will be achieved through three main aspects:first, we need to create a mode of education on social environment and the importance of the family to carry forward the tradition of Confucianism on the traditional Confucian; Second, Strengthen school ethics education for university students, the traditional Confucian teaching activities extracurricular activities and practices carried out by the first, second and third class; Third, we need to enhance the consciousness of the moral qualities of the students themselves, to culture interests and hobbies on the traditional culture. These ways and means are hoped to play a actual role to establish students’ moral.
