With the foundation education curriculum construction promoting continuously,new curriculum reform is deepening and exploring in the course objectives, coursestructure, course content, curriculum implementation, curriculum evaluation andcurriculum management. As an integral part of the teaching process, the work is animportant carrier of the students and teachers to communicate. On the one hand, workhelps students consolidating the knowledge, expanding their thinking, and exercisingcapacity; on the other hand, teachers understand the teaching and adjust the progress ofteaching effectiveness through work. Therefore, researching the work help us toenhance teaching effectiveness.Based on the concept of the new curriculum and supported the educationalpsychology, this paper used empirical analysis methods to analyze the design of thestatus quo of the existing high school ideological and political work, described theproblems in the design of high school ideological and political work from three aspects,which are teaching philosophy, teaching methods and academic pressure reasons, andthought about how to optimize the high school ideological and political work. Thispaper try to make the high school ideological and political work play its valuable,andfurther enrich the politics teaching system.
