In the background that using learning plan to implement teaching eventually becamemore and more popular, this article that mainly uses the method of educational experiment,questionnaire survey and comparative study, puts forward the strategy for designing andimplementing the learning plan which used by students to actively study, trying to design andimplement plan to provide effective guidance, so that "learning plan guidance" teaching modeis used to get rid of inquiry study philosophy in practice not to fully implement the situation.Besides the introduction, the paper is divided into three parts.The first part is a summary for the learning plan of high school political lesson and themode called "learning plan guidance" teaching.Learning Plan is the guidance which designed by the teachers to guide students to learn aparticular lesson or subject, under the guidance of some teaching theory. It has the tools, thedefault and intentional character. Learning Plan is the sublation of traditional lesson plans andit changes teaching foothold and focus."Student Guidance "is a teaching mode that used learning plan for the carrier, a means ofGuidance, independent study of the student as the main body and the teachers as the guideand working together to complete the task."Student Guidance" teaching has philosophy andpsychology basis, also rich teaching theorys as a support. The implementation of the "StudentGuidance" teaching model for the transformation of the concept of teaching, improveteaching effectiveness, improve teacher and student quality is important.Second part is the main exploratory learning plan for high school political course.The main exploratory learning plan is designed by teachers using the new ideas of thecurriculum before their teachings. The learning plan strengthens the dominant position andthe inquiry process for the students to study a certain periods or problem.
