Basic education curriculum reform to curriculum management implements national, local, schoolthree level management system. The development of school-based curriculum is a correspondingto the national curriculum development curriculum development model. With the deepening ofeducation reform, the problem of school-based curriculum has become China’s current basiceducation curriculum reform is a hot spot. At this stage, although our country partial condition isbetter in school were having " school-based " meaning of curriculum development, obtainedcertain research results. But as a kind of idea and model, school-based curriculum developmentin China is still in the initial stage. At present in our country especially in Binzhou City, thedevelopment of school-based curriculum in deficient, the lack of theoretical guidance andpractical research. Therefore in this paper the basic theory and the significance of school-basedcurriculum makes specific explanations.As the focus of this paper, I combine school oneself advantage, area resource characteristic, thegrowth of students, teachers need professional expertise and biological disciplines of their owncharacteristics and other aspects of the school of biology school-based curriculum development,implementation, evaluation, problems and coping strategies. Hope that through my research andpractice can greatly promote and perfect the school-based curriculum development, and make theother brother schools to guide and reference. Also hope that through this research to make theschool more distinctive characteristics, improve the whole level of the school development.
