Optimization Of The Structure Of Investment In Higher Education Of Liaoning Province

With (?). apid development of higher education, sources of the investment on higher education more and more becomes one of the most important factors that restricts to the development of the general higher education. In order to adapt to age, the sources of higher education investment that is increasingly diversified, which includes government、society、 families. However, the goal of diversification has not been really achieved; structure of funding sources in higher education shows that the proportion of budget expenditure on education decreased year after year, tuition fees is rising each year. Furthermore, there is huge discrepancy in the structure of higher education investment between different regions. We have to confront the irrational structure of investment sources in higher education.In this context, the data of Source of funding for Liaoning general higher education from1999to2006is collected、finished、analysis by statistics study、empirical study、comparative study and literature study.
