Objective:To study the differences of serum myocardial enzymes, HCRP and cardiovascular risk for40-49years old women with different physical activity levels at rest, before and after incremental exercise. Methods:The questionnaire survey composed with IPAQ and other questions was conducted among the urban non-manual40-49years old women, was to get their level of PA and health.169healthy women (44.58±4.24years old) with different PA level(<600;600-3000;≥3000MET-min/wk) and BMI (18.5-23.9;≥24. OKg/m2) were chosen to participate in the incremental power bicycle movement. After rest lmin, the work loads will start with25W and adding25W at2min intervals until the subject experienced any discomfort or irregularities which was referenced from general indications for stopping an exercise test in ACSM, s Guidelines for Exercise Testing and Perxcription (eighth edition) in2009,which include ECG, BP and so on. To prevent the risk, ambulatory blood pressure and ECG were monitored during exercise. Peripheral blood had been collected before and15min after exercise respectively. The levels of serum myocardial enzymes and HCRP had been tested.Results:1.The lower the level of physical activity are,the higher the BMI and the lower the termination loads are.2. The serum myocardial enzymes, quiet levels of no considering BMI Group are lower than the medium and high level of PA Groups, while the result of HCRP is contrary. The quiet levels of LDH and HCRP of the overweight and obese women with lacking of PA are higher than the medium and high level of PA Groups, and HCRP is significantly different between groups, the results of the other indicators are contrary.3.After exercise, the serum myocardial enzymes, levels of normal BMI Group and termination load125W but lacking of PA Group are lower than the medium and high level of PA Groups. Besides the level of CK, the other myocardial enzymes, levels of the overweight lacking of PA Group, obese lacking of PA Group and termination load125W lacking of PA Group are higher than the medium and high level of PA Groups, and their AST levels are beyond the normal reference range. The HCRP level of the insufficient PA Group is highest.4. After exercise, besides the medium and high level of PA Groups, CK-MB and CK-MB/CK concentrations are reduced, the other indicators are all increased. The Insufficient PA Group, increased level of CK is lower than the medium and high level of PA Groups, while the results of CK-MB, CK-MB/CK and HCRP are contrary. When the termination loads are same, The Insufficient PA Group, increased level of LDH is higher than the medium and high level of PA Groups, but the result is contrary regardless of the termination loads. Besides normal BMI but lacking of PA Group, LDH1and AST levels are lower than medium and high level of PA Groups, the insufficient PA Group, other indicator levels are higher.Conclusion:1. The lower the40-49years old women, level of PA, the higher the degree of their obesity are, the lower the capacity of their exercise and tolerance of the high-intensity loads are.2. The serum myocardial enzymes, quiet levels of40-49yr women with insufficient PA is lower.Plus factors such as BMI, the higher the BMI of insufficient PA women, the higher their levels of LDH are.The HCRP level of40-49yr women with insufficient PA is higher.3.40-49yr women, myocardial cell can be damaged a certain degree after incremental exercise, and insufficient PA women are more serious injury, their serum myocardial enzymes and HCRP levels increased more significantly, they had a higher risk of CVD during and after exercise. Together with BMI, overweight and obesity will increase this risk.
