| Based on the extensive investigation and the in-depth study on the current construction of the historyteachingandresearchgroupintheseniorhighschool,problemsliketheloweredstatus,lackofatmosphere,theneglect of researching have aroused wide concern, as they seriously affect the promotion of the newcurriculumreformandtheimprovementofthehistoryteachingquality.According to the theory of group dynamics and learning organization and the actual needs of the seniorhigh school history teaching and research in Guangdong Province, we members of the history teaching andresearch group in Zhongshan No.1Middle School have set up the goal of building a Leaning historyteachingandresearchgroupsandthedirectionofourefforts.Firstly,onthebasisofthereasonableorientationandscientificmanagementweintendtohighlighttheroleof the teaching and research group from the organizational level. A cooperation mechanism based on divisionof labor between the teaching-research group and the grade group is to be built to enhance the status of theteaching-research group. Besides, to maximize the strength of team cohesion, a long-term plan is to be made,theconstructionofthegeneralpracticeofteaching-researchistobestrengthened,andtheincentivemechanismis to be perfected. What’s more, through the “Blue projectâ€, the harmony between the old and young teachersissupposedtobepromoted.Secondly, we intend to explore the methods and strategy of constructing a learning team. A harmoniousand efficient new lesson planning based on sharing and reflecting is to be made. Under the guidance of theprecisegoals,effective teachingandlearningistobe realizedthroughthe differentstructuresforthe sameclass.By means of class observation, the evaluation of teaching and learning is tobe updated. Through school-basedtraining like the reading activities, young teachers’ forum, expert lectures and communication with otherschools, our professional quality of teaching and researching is to be enhanced and the connotation of alearningteaching-researchgroupistobedeepened.Through the writing of reflection after class and the case analysis, discussions about the daily lessonplanning and teaching problems are to be advocated and researches on the teaching are to be encouraged. Atthesametime,byactivelyundertakingtheProjectstudy,theschool-basedteachingandresearchistobedriven.What’s more, in order to stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning, the school-based curriculum and someextracurricularactivitiesaretobecarriedout. |
