| This thesis has made a research on the after-80s young teachers’ growth motivationof their personality characteristics and summarized some of these characteristics’influencing factors. Based on these factors, the after-80s young teachers’ maincharacteristics have been generally concluded: personality thought, the hobby,professional spirit, knowledge skills and self management. Most of the after-80s youngteachers have many characteristics in common: high professional knowledge, broadinterests, optimistic, having diversified and innovative thought and advocatingteamwork, but lacking persistence to some extent. They have clear political ideas andpursue the freedom, while their environment has made them self-centered; they hope tomake a balance between life and career through which they want to develop their livingqualities.Through combining literature study, math statistics and the questionnaire survey,this paper explores the influence degree of the after-80s young teachers’ personalitycharacteristics on their career and has got this conclusion that the significance orderfrom big to small of the effects of their personality characteristics on the career isknowledge skills, professional spirit, personality thought, self management and thehobby. Knowledge skills and professional spirit should be regarded as the mostimportant characteristics and they will be carefully analyzed in making the managementstrategies.According to the impact of the after-80s young teachers’ personality characteristicson their career, proper management strategies should be formulated. The after-80syoung teachers should be understood and appreciated according to their characteristics.Their talents should be made full use of. At the same time, they should be cultivated tomeet their communicating requirements and strengthen emotional communicationbetween the after-80s young teachers and experienced teachers, retired teachers andLogistic staff to form an all-embracing school culture. The after-80s young teachersshould advocate innovation education and reform teaching models in the aspect ofeducating students. Flexible incentives should be made use of to stimulate the after-80steachers’ potential and their physical and mental health should be cared about to reducetheir pressure. At the same time, the systematic management needs to be strengthened to cultivate their consciousness of self-discipline. |
