In the new century of building socialistic harmonious society and socialistcountryside background, education has become a hot topic. The rural area educationsituation directly affected our country rural economic growth and development, andour country rural human resources are rich, only by the rural human resources intohuman resources, and to the sustainable development of rural economy for service. Sodeveloping education will become the important way to ensure that the rural economydevelopment, and rural education in our country’s education system in proportion ofthe bigger, Especially the countryside elementary school education is more basicposition, having the effect that cannot replace. Education since the reform, thecountryside elementary school has great development, education quality and qualityhas improved, but the current rural primary school education is still very weak and hasmany problems, such as the shortage of qualified teachers and erosion, lack of teachingequipment behind and so on. These problems will be seriously restrict the developmentof rural education should, therefore, to solve these problems, and constantly strengthenthe construction of rural education, perfect rural education system, and establish adiversified school-running model, improve the rural teachers treatment, running andeducation concept change ideas, so as to promote the development of rural education.This paper used the literature research, case research and survey analysis, mainlyfrom the funds safeguard, teachers’ quality and school management etc, for theproblems in study, in the southeast of chongqing area of rural primary school teachers’current situation of investigation on the basis of analysis, put forward the relativeimprove teachers’ views.
