In recentyears, Country pay more attention about Ideological and political education ofuniversity Students, university counselors team was developed a necessary andindispensable parts of universities teaching system.Strengthening and improving the construction of college counselors team, isbenefit to the stability of counselor team and to improve their social and academicpositions, is also beneficial to improve the team’s diathesis and the effectiveness ofmoral education in universities.This article contains deeply consideration, analysis, research on construction ofuniversity counselors team.
