Lifelong education requires students to live with learn, to constantly updateknowledge and skills. With the development of information technology, profoundchanges in the way of learning, network learning also will rise and become the mainway of learning. Learning network for lifelong learning offers the possibility of. As aresult of network autonomous learning, diversification of resources and other factors,led to the learning under network environment is an independent construction,interaction, experience the process of knowledge. The present study shows that thequality of the web-based learning is not satisfactory, the network learning theoryresearch lag, serious impact on the quality of the web-based learning.Based on the independency of learner individual, under the influence ofconstructivism leaning theory, communication, cognitive flexible theory and randomaccess instruction, based on the construction of the individual non-linear learning inthe network and the ability of learners, as the usual pattern of the non-linear learningas the foundation, this paper constructed a model of the individual non-linear learningin the network environment. It thinks that the individual non-linear learning in thenetwork should contain five elements: individual learner, resource, teaching, structureand support. From five elements respectively under the network environmentconstruction of the non-linear studying individuals, including the designs and steps ofthe resource selection, the structure design of the non-linear learning and supportmode. And put forward the corresponding implementing strategies to non-linearlearning research to provide some theoretical reference.This paper is composed of five parts. The first part is the introduction. itexpounds concisely the research background, the problems, the purpose, contents andthe methods of the thesis. The second part of this paper is the literature review,defines the related concepts, describing the relevant theories and the domestic andinternational relevant research, analysis the characteristics of individual non-linearlearning. The third part is the core content, from the network environment ofindividual non-linear learning basis and on the individual learner ability demand perspective, using non-linear usual learning model, constructing one model of theindividual non-linear learning in the network, from the learning model of fiveelements are presented to construct the process steps, and of under the networkenvironment the individual characteristics of the individual non-linear learning space.The fourth part is from autonomy and nonlinear two angles, putting forward thesuggestions and strategies of individual nonlinear learning implementation in thenetwork environment. The fifth part is the conclusion and introspection, the papersummarizes the main conclusions of the study, the lack of research and follow-upeffort direction.
