| School counseling hot phenomenon has lasted for several years, but still full ofvigor, the majority of students have actively participated in various extra-curricularcounseling, so school counseling has its own advantages, it caters to students, parentsdemand, have a certain market. Therefore, school counseling phenomenon and thereason of school counseling influenced by social and educational circles concern. Assupplement and extension of school teaching, counseling agencies play a decisive role,and guidance teacher, who unknown to the public during the counseling process is notso popular. They are implementation of teaching, have a great impact on studentslearning and their life, but they do not pay close attention to it, that inevitably lead topeople cannot thoroughly and clearly understanding of the nature and function ofcounseling agencies, have a incorrect view of school counseling teachers, therefore, itis necessary that pay attention to the guidance teacher and understanding them.This article focuses on the teachers’ teaching attitude, by the research oncounseling teacher’s teaching attitude, to understand the effect on students and qualityof teaching and to find the reason. This article through faculty interviews andquestionnaires on counseling teachers, made a deep understanding of teachers’teaching and attitude to life, aimed at discovering problems in counseling agency, findsolutions to the problem, in order to made counseling agencies provide students withindividualized demand and service better.This thesis consists of five parts. The first part is the introduction, describes theorigin of this research, purpose, meaning, target and train of thought, research methodand research process; the second part is the literature review and the definition ofrelated concepts, this paper completes the preparation for theory, in order to clarify apoint; the third part is the basic situation in school counseling and teachers’ teachingattitude, express main point on teachers’ teaching attitude; the fourth part analysis thereason why different teachers have different teaching attitude and its influencingfactors; the fifth part is based on the influence factors and put forward the suggestionsand measures, in order to improve the teaching efficiency of counseling agencies,improve the quality of teaching, to supply better education to students who participatein off-campus counseling. |
