With the rapidly development of information technology and communication technology,the philosophy of Synergic Education further, and educational policy support, since2002,theapplication of electronic home visit was rapidly rising at home-school interaction, as one of theinevitably form in home-school communication.Any kind of new thing will bring people fanaticism, but in actual using process, people findthat is not perfect. In recent years, parents and teachers have come to realize the necessity ofcommunication between home and school, but due to a variety of influence factors, there are stillexisting some problems, questioning by teachers and parents. The study based on the theory ofSynergic Education, refers to the related researches both at home and abroad and then throughthe investigation of the teachers and parents, discusses the application current situation andinfluence factors of electronic home visit in Lanzhou. According to influence factors, the authoroffers some effective strategies on successfully app ly electronic home visit.The study mainly based on empirical research with questionnaire investigation as the mainresearch method and interview as supplement, taking140teachers and406parents from3primary schools as the research participants. The result were analyzed by employingSPSS17.0.ANOVE or T-test analysis were adopted to examine the differences about teachers andparents’ in the level of practical application and effects of electronic home visit, and employedScheffe post hoc to obtain the average difference values for all levels. The results of the studyshow that the practical application of electronic home visit is well between teachers and parents,but its effects are less than ideal. Therefore, the author uses the five dimensions of the predictedimpact factor data for factor analysis, and re-extracts the factors dimension. The analysis resultsshow that simplify the prediction of the five dimensions of factors for the four dimensions onteachers, they are: cognitive, psychological, content and capacity factors. And simplify theprediction of the five dimensions of factors for the three dimensions on parents’, they are:cognitive, content and psychological factors. Based on the impact factors analysis of electronichome visit, the author put forward the strategies to improve the application and effect ofelectronic home visit. The author think that through the establishment of the classcommunication group and students’ portfolio, compile the outline of home visit and writesummary, organic combination of the traditional home visit and electronic home visit, using thediversified modes of communication, these strategies can overall raise teachers and parents the cognitive on electronic home visit, and elimination of psychological barriers and improvecommunication content, to provide effective guidance for successful application of electronichome visit.
