Moral Education is the soul of the field of education. Renowned educationalist Cai Yuanpei said, "Moral Education is actually the fundamental of perfect personality, if one has no character, even if good intelligence and healthy body, it is adequate to help the evil. It is useless." Moral education in the information age is the focus of education research today. The new era of information brings new possibilities for the development of human beings. The emergence of new media, for example, Electronic magazine, Digital broadcasting, Digital TV etc, provides more space for moral education. Digital information can be copied, shared and transferred real-time, making it possible to update resources and contents at the first time. The openness and interactivity of the new media environment changes the method of communication, research and practice of moral education. Education is confronted with new challenges, and moral education is the focal point of the contradiction, it should have new development and a new breakthrough with the appearance of new ideas and new technology in theory and practice fields. It is the requirement of the age, and it is allowed.Moral education is a long and complicated process. Family, school and society are the basic positions for moral education work. The development trend of modern moral education reform is the joint of school moral education, family moral education and social moral education. The relationship between school moral education, family moral education and social moral education is division and cooperation, so as to realize the optimization and warp of moral education effect, develop moral education system utmostly, and obtain the optimum effect of moral education work. Presently, Synergic Education is considered as an appropriate approach that fits the requirements of the age. As a kind of brand-new education mode, Synergic Education has obtained the interest of the public during the recent years. It advocates uniting various social institutions that have an effect on students to educate every student, in order to improve the education effect, efficiency and benefits.As the achievement of the latest revolution of the Internet, Web2.0 has two notable features. One is the richness of the information and the promptness of updating, the other is the synchronicity and interaction of information dissemination. The two features make it become new carrier of moral education, which is better than other traditional carriers. At the same time, Web2.0 has emphasized on freedom, equability, opening mechanism and aggregating the power of the public, and holds the same idea as the essential requirements of modern moral education. Based on the above analysis, the author proposed this research subject, constructs based on the Web2.0 Synergic Education supporting platform, lives the strategy and the method for the informationization environment's moral education in high school provides may operate.This research mainly divides into four stages to carry on:Literature investigation and study, fundamental research, empirical study and appraisal analysis. The author to the domestic and foreign literature investigation and analysis's foundation, uses the method which the theory discussion and the empirical study unify, theoretically elaborated the synergic education related research, under the diagnosis informationization environment's the parents and teachers has lived the moral education g present situation and the countermeasure, proposed under the Web2.0 environment the synergic moral education system theoretical model, begins in the earlier period design's foundation to develop, and is promotes the platform in the students of Wuhan iron machine road middle school the application, investigates, the collection feedback data in the research process, and carries on the reorganization and the analysis confirms the platform the validity.The research indicated:In under Web2.0 the environment synergic moral education is feasible, effective, founded has been nimbler more and diversified, multi-agent, the multiplex synergic moral education environment, causes the interaction among parents, teachers and personage to be more convenient and in depth, makes it possible to highlight the autonomy and initiatives of the student individual,causes moral education in senior school to meet the demands of the modern education, enhanced the moral education achievements earnestly, also proposed the new research subject for the moral education's theory and the practice.
