With the expansion of higher education which since the end of the1990s, highervocational colleges have made great progress and made a great contribution toChinese higher education.In the past2011,the recruit of students for highervocational colleges in around the China reflected a problem: matriculate atrophy.Thissituation has intensified the competition between higher vocational colleges, to win incompetition, they need to provide more quality teaching and related practice activities,in essence, teachers of the high quality, high level, vigor and innovation are the key tosuccess.
