Quality courses of education information to promote the modernization ofeducation is an important initiative, it is both the need for reform of higher educationteaching, but also the university information technology teaching requirements. QualityCourse is a first-class teachers, first-class teaching content, teaching methods, class,class materials, class management features such as teaching curriculum model, which isthe teaching quality and teaching reform an important part of the project.Quality Course website video resources from the contents typically includes:teaching video, experimental video, lectures, videos, special videos, video clips andother various video Jinji, its function is mainly used for classroom teaching content ofthe system to address the teaching heavy and difficult to demonstrate the experimentand teaching or to expand their horizons and so on. Colleges and universities throughmodern education techniques to these high-quality online teaching video resources andshare the aim is to enable the country to implement similar programs in variousuniversities of the teaching process to appreciate the use of these high-quality teachingresources to improve higher education in a wider range the quality of teaching andtraining.Based on the03-10years of national quality course websites research found thatthe current teaching quality courses in the form of video and more video, not thecomplete video resources, resource sharing a bottleneck, the picture quality is unevenand so the status quo does not meet the national quality courses teaching standards inthe video. The article first proposed change course under construction, strengthen thesharing of resources, and ensure the availability of resources; and then the video fromthe expression of design teaching, content knowledge, teaching the process of designingand shooting video of the visual interface design including lighting, composition, color,rhythm and subtitles design; shooting preparation stage, shooting stage and post-editing phase of the technical requirements and other aspects of constructive strategies toimprove the quality of teaching courses in video applications.The innovation is the thesis put forward in the current teaching quality courses inthe form of video and more video, less the contents of the video. At the same time acomprehensive and systematic analysis of the problems of teaching video, and madesome constructive strategies to enhance the national quality courses in the teaching ofvideo applications.
