It has been a tendency for teachers to specialize in their teaching. As part of it, class head teachers haveto face the challenge as well. According to “Regulations for Class Head Teachers in SecondarySchools”, a vital document issued by the state Department of Education, Class Head Teachers act asthe spiritual leaders and “Important Others” in the growth of teens, who are in charge of such duties asunderstanding students, evaluating their performances, communicating with other school teachers andparents, and organizing class actives, etc. Those responsibilities together with the higher expectationstowards CHT, require them to be equipped with enough professional skills. And therefore,specializationisapathtotheirsustainabledevelopment.The paper will explore the effectiveness of school-based training of morality education for class headteachers in its promotion of specialization. From the scopes of methods, management, evaluation andimprovement. By doing so, the paper aims to disclose the possible improvement of the scheme, inhopetoachievethefinalgoalspecializationofCHT.
