This paper aims to research on the Problems and Measures of Chongqing HighSchool Information Technology Class Teaching Management with the Guide of NewCurriculum Concept.In order to do this research, this paper first analyzes the requirement of high schoolinformation technology new curriculum’s application to class teaching management,and realizes that only through deep understanding and realization of high schoolinformation technology new curriculum can it be creatively applied to the real teachingto improve teacher’s teaching, stimulate students’ learning and strengthen classmanagement by the elaboration of high school information technology newcurriculum’s concept, objective, feature and requirement. However, what is the realsituation of this new curriculum’s application in class teaching? This paper refers to theproblems in manage subject, manage object, manage content, manage process, managemode and manage efficiency of class teaching management through the observation onthe class management, class problem behavior, teaching content, teaching processdesign and class teaching assessment of six Chongqing Qiu Jing Middle School ITteachers’ teaching from the perspective of management and IT class teaching features.These problems are: teachers’ realization of new curriculum is not comprehensiveenough; students’ cognitive level is varied; teaching contents are hard to encouragestudents’ interesting; class teaching structure design is unreasonable; management modeis single; students’ problem behavior is serious and class management efficiency is low.The reasons found are: teachers are not professional enough; the varied cognitivelevel of students effects the teaching management; parts of the teaching materials do notmatch this school students’ real situation; young teachers lack the experience ofteaching process design; the low class management efficiency effects teachingobjective’s reaching.As a result, this paper raises the suggestions so as to improve Chongqing high school information technology class teaching management and stimulate the wellapplication of the high school information technology new curriculum in informationtechnology class teaching management: to strengthen teachers’ class managementability, improve class management mode, promote class teaching management, increaseclass efficiency and highlight teaching pertinence.
