| Primary and secondary students belong to a special social group, which is concerned all the time by their parents, schools and the community in China. But the injury accidents of primary and secondary students occur increasingly in these years, so that the legal disputes also appear increasingly because of the rising injury accidents. It has been one of the social general hot issues and it has also become one of the troubles which obstruct our basic education reform. The nature of the students is to move and they are not mature with being lack of self-protection and have little awareness of the hidden hazards. From students’psychology and physiology, they lack self-control and own strong curious. While students prefer to exploring fresh things so that the injury accidents can occur easily. After the accidents, most parents due the cause of the accident to the school, which affect the normal teaching, bring a great trap to school or teachers. In the part of preventing accidents, some school or parents take some negative measures, such as school canceled the extra-curricular activities, banned dangerous sports, some parents didn’t allow their children to take part in all kinds of outside activities; those "captive" method to the primary and secondary students are against to the normal development of students, to the development of students’ comprehensive quality, and limit the healthy development of our quality education too.How to correctly analyze the reasons of the causing of injury accidents from the middle and primary students to reduce disputes between school and patriarch; How to manage to nip in the bud to reduce even eliminate the happening of injury accidents from the middle and primary students, which has become a difficult and important task for every educators and an important research subject that urgently needed to be solved recently. Therefore, from the current situation and reasons of injury accidents from the middle and primary students, the author try to discuss and analyze the preventive strategies. Firstly, based on the demarcation of the main body, the time, the place and the result of the accidents to seize the connotation of students’injury accidents, and according to the characteristics of the multi-ends in the happening, the complexity in the treatment, and the multiplicity in affection of students’ injury accidents, the author divide it intotwo types, that is unexpected accident and fault accident. Besides, pointingout the real situation which treats the increasing of students’ injury accidents,the lack of safety education, traffic accidents as the main types and it alsoanalyze the reasons of causing accidents from three aspects-school, studentsand guardian and the third party. At last, from the above three aspects theauthor present measures and advises of preventive strategies to reduceaccidents for middle and primary students. |
