The experimental goal: diabetes mellitus is caused by a variety of causes, metabolic disorders characterized by chronic hyperglycemia, which is characterizedby chronic hyperglycemia associated with insulin secretion and (or) the role ofobstacles lead to carbohydrate, fat, protein metabolism disorders, long-term highblood sugar will cause multi-system damage: chronic injury of the kidney, eye, cardiovascular, neurological cause multiple organ dysfunction and failure. Skeletalmuscle is the most sensitive tissues to insulin action, and skeletal muscle insulinreceptor binding and receptor defects, skeletal muscle insulin sensitivity, bloodglucose increased. At the same time, skeletal muscle glucose uptake, utilization of themain places, and peripheral insulin resistance is closely related to.Diabetes itself is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease.Compared with age-matched non-diabetic and diabetic patients with cardiovasculardisease incidence increased by2-4times, including type2diabetes incidence ofcoronary heart disease at least2times the non-diabetic patients with type2diabetesdie of more than50%of cardiovascular disease. Therefore, the study of thepathogenesis of diabetes and preventive measures is very meaningful.Modern medical treatment of diabetes: diabetes education, dietary modification, regular exercise, insulin therapy and anti-diabetic drug therapy, clinical medicine andacademia, the value of exercise therapy of diabetes affirmed. Polysaccharide as themain active ingredients in ginkgo ginkgo has a lower blood sugar regulation ofglucose metabolism. In this study, STZ induced diabetes model and its aerobic exercise, The ginkgopolysaccharides and aerobic exercise combined with the intervention of the of ginkgopolysaccharide in three ways, the use of physiology, the theory and methods oforganization and biochemistry, to explore movement combined with ginkgopolysaccharide of glucose metabolism and morphological changes in diabetic rats, trying to reveal the movement combined with ginkgo polysaccharide structure andfunction of rat skeletal muscle cells, designed for aerobic exercise combined withdrug treatment of diabetes provide useful clues. Experimental results: the method of abdominal disposable rapid injection ofSTZ, can be successfully established in line with the characteristics of human diabeticanimal models. During the experiment, N rats weight gain significantly statisticallysignificant (p <0.01); before and after the experiment, blood glucose levels change inN rats but not statistically significant.DM group compared with N rats changes in theT-AOC and GSH-Px, of SDH, MGL and LDH, PK activity was significantly (p <0.01)(p <0.05) with statistical significance. After the aerobic exercise the ginkgopolysaccharide, and aerobic exercise combined with the the ginkgo polysaccharidesare three ways of intervention, improvement in diabetic rat skeletal musclepathological changes; diabetic rat skeletal muscle cells to be repaired, improvedorganizational function.Experimental conclusions:1, Wistar rats60mg/kg body weight quick one-timeintraperitoneal injection of STZ can be successfully established diabetic rat model.2, the ginkgo polysaccharides have lower blood sugar, promoting islet cell repair.Reasonable exercise can improve blood glucose and glucose metabolism to acertain extent, so that the decrease in serum glucose, increased insulin secretion, insulin resistance improved.4, a reasonable exercise of joint intervention with ginkgo polysaccharide canmore effectively reduce blood glucose, improve glucose metabolism levels, improvethe ability of skeletal muscle contraction.5, By morphological observation, the movement and ginkgo polysaccharideintervention may improve the pathology of diabetic rat skeletal muscle injury anddamage in diabetic rat skeletal muscle cells play a protective role.
