With the rapid development of the modern information technology,theintegration of information technology with curriculum has become the trend of thenew curriculum reform. In “integration” research and implementation of the maturegradually environment,information technology application in the elementary schoolmaths classroom teaching play an important role in building the kids’ mathssensation,the conception of the space and the teaching situation.based on the theoriesof children’s cognitive development theory, constructivism theory, multipleintelligence theory and teaching optimization theory,by the methods of searching theliterature,students’ questionnaire survey, the teachers’ interview and casesanalysis,the author of this text finds the following problem when the informationtechnology applying in the elementary maths:the forms are simple; the utilizationrate of the resources is low;the application is formalized; the chacteristics of mathsare ignored;the application ability of the teachers is low which influence the processof teaching;the content of courseware is complex which is block the communicationbetween the teacher and the students;“high cost and low rate” and so on. Withoutresolving these problems,the teaching effect will not be very good. So based onanglicizing the problems,the author investigates how to use information technologyinto elementary maths scientific and timely to play its advantages and raise the effectof teaching.and the author also put forward the following effective advice: firstly,build the good extremely environment of the information technology in usingclassroom teaching which can give a good platform for the teacher to use theinformation technology effectively. Secondly, raise the teachers’“informationliteracy”. Thirdly,the application of the information technology will be suitable to thekids’ cognitive characteristics. Fourthly,the application will reflect the characteristicof the course.The text will be divided into4chapters. The1st chapter will review the studybackground and the study situation and methods at home and abroad. The2nd Chapterwill explain the theories about the children’s cognitive development theory,constructivism theory. Multiple intelligence theory and teaching optimization theory.The3rd chapter will analysis the problems existing in the integration of information technology with curriculum and the reasons of these problems by the methods ofsearching the literature,students questionnaire survey,the teacher’s interview and thecases analysis. The4th chapter will put forward the effective application tactics in theintegration of information technology with curriculum by anglicizing thecharacteristics of the elementary students and the elementary maths curriculum.
