Research On The Present Condition And Countermeasures Of Physical Education Teaching-research Of Primary And Secondary School In China

Since the founding of China,the PE teaching and research staffs in China havemade a tremendous contribution to the development of China’s basic education. Comparingwith the general physical education teachers,the PE teaching and research staffs’ teachingexperience and research capacity are better than the former. The PE teaching and researchstaffs should take advantage of the resources in the hands and play an exemplary role insports science to achieve their management and guidance functions, because of their moreavailable resources. Researching the situation and development strategy of the study of PEteaching and research work plays an important role in optimizing the sports teaching andresearch institutions, strengthening the building of the contingent of sports teaching andresearch staffs and improving the quality of PE teaching.This paper uses literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logicalanalysis to research the status of China’s PE teaching and research work,and madesuggestions of the problems.Conclusions:the structure of China’s PE teaching and research institutions theorganizations is chaotic and the independently set sports teaching and research institutionsare missing in cities.The responsibilities of teaching and research institutions are nearly thesame in the three dgrees,though they have different responsibilities,it’s orderless.Themanagements of the PE teaching and research institutions are different,but almost besupervised by educational and administrative departments which are lack of importance,quantity and establishment.The PE Teaching-Research teachers’ selection and evaluationmechanism are unitary whose administrative Services work is more so as to they can notensure the sports teaching and research activities.Based on the problems of PE teaching and research work of this paper,it has madesuggestions:all the cities should integrate the teaching and research institutions,differentregions in the same area should make the same structure of the teaching and researchinstitutions and make clear of the responsibilities.Depending on the differentsatuations,different teaching and research institutions should make importance and theirwork be supervised by the same ducational and administrative department.The differentdgrees of ducational and administrative departments should enhance the importance,makemore quantity and establishments and improve the system of selection of sports teachingand research staff and the evaluation mechanism of the sports teaching and researchstaffs.Then reducing the administrative affairs of the sports teaching and researchteachers,and make sure there is more time for them to carry out research activities toincrease teaching and research activity.Last,make sure the development of teaching andresearch activities of various sports is smooth..
