Professional development of teachers is not only the need of development of era,is also a necessary requirement to improve the professional status of teachers, is adecision of a new round of the curriculum reform of the basic education of the keysuccess factors. A new round of curriculum reform on Chinese teachers’ professionaldevelopment put forward new challenges to the professional development of Chineseteacher, also raised new requirement. Therefore, the Chinese teacher must broaden theacademic field of vision, set up new educational ideas, adjusting curriculum structure,and strive to enhance their professional level.This article will focus on the outstanding middle school Chinese teachers’professional development, they are the outstanding representatives of Chineseteachers, school development backbone, push reform smoothly ahead of the mainforce, their professional development is more important. Therefore the excellentChinese teacher’s professional development is paid close attention to, them how thefactors which make them from the ordinary to the great, and how these factors play arole, their teacher professional development course to follow what rule, to the currentmiddle school Chinese teacher’s professional development has a guide significance,their professional development ways, this is this paper explores the main problems.Accordingly, this paper chooses Qian Menglong, Wei Shusheng, Yu Yingchao,Cheng Hongbing four outstanding middle school Chinese teachers’ professionaldevelopment process of analysis research. They own in Teachers’ professionalaffection, professional knowledge and ability, self consciousness of professionaldevelopment and has considerable consistency. They are also unique individual, theera background of conversion, the changes in educational policy and the different keyfigures and events, and the four outstanding middle school Chinese teachers’professional development course showed differences. Through the influence ofexcellent middle school Chinese teachers’ professional development of the internaland external factors, to find the best middle school Chinese teachers’ professionaldevelopment in different ways, and then put forward to promote the middle schoolChinese teachers’ professional development effective strategy, with a view to middle school Chinese teachers’ professional development has theoretical and practicalguiding significance, deal with the new curriculum reform of middle school Chineseteachers’ new requirements, implementation middle school Chinese teachers’professional development role conversion.
