Junior middle school education will head off for the city. It is an important means of adjustment of primary and secondary schools in rural areas. And at the same time it has also been a number of constraining factors. It is not only the component of educational transformation, but also the important strategy to make reform of education. In the western region it also has a strong operational. In composition of structure of rural schools, there are differences and contraries of theoretical feasibility and difficulty practice. Luochuan country is used on this thesis. The feasibility of the topic that the junior middle school education will head off for the city will be studied to the problem of the adjustment of distribution of middle schools and primary schools in Luochuan county to offer reference to every student’s good education and to provide reference to educational reformation under the other similar conditions areas. Specifically speaking, the frame of the thesis has three parts.This is the main body of the thesis be also significance, research object and the current research status in selected topic background set forth by Part Ⅰ. Since reforming and opening under the backgrounds of urbanization and the modernization, it studies the development of the rural population structure and the schools sector recruit which causes the adjustment of distribution of middle schools and primary school.The second part is spot investigation. It includes two chapters. The second chapter introduces the geographic environments, the financial fundamentals and the tradition of education, and also studies the development of county middle school under the adjustment of distribution around2004in Luochuan. It asks the feelings about the status quo of the rural schooling the students and the parents of them who come from several rural schools and studies the environment foundation about the topic that the rural junior middle school education will head off for the city. The third chapter studies the results and the existing problems about the adjustment of distribution of rural middle schools and primary school and reflects on it. After all, it analyzed comparatively the education situation of Luochuan with those problems.The third part is the deepen conclusions part. It contains three chapters. The educational reform helps to improve the education quality and try to keep growing about all of the students’interests. The fourth chapter is about the theoretical analysis of the topic that the rural junior middle school education will head off for the city. Firstly this part analyses that why this thesis only studies the topic that the rural junior middle school education will head off for the city. Secondly, it discusses the achievement of the significance of the education justice in Luochuan. The fifth chapter reaches the conclusion based on the former part:the adjustment of distribution of rural middle schools and primary school should stand on a perspective to create a favorable external conditions for the growth of each child with the right foresight and the advance to let the rural children see the hope of the growth and progress and to let the school be the paradise for growing. It is absolutely feasible to build a high standard boarding school for the rural children.A classic case about the topic that the rural junior middle school education will head off for the city is also showed in this chapter—the Wu qi No.1Middle School. The sixth chapter makes suggestions for improving education quality. There are five suggestions.The outputs of the networks are in the third part:it presents the all ideas of the topic that the rural junior middle school education will head off for the city by the detailed and the full demonstration about the development of the Luochuan country and the characteristics of schooling in the countryside. And it makes suggestions for improving education quality, for example, to build the "Parents Volunteers School" and the regularization of prestigious school with highly operable to fundamental lead to enhance the balanced development and to improve education quality in Luochuan.
