Under the new situation independent colleges, as an innovation and exploration of higher education model and mechanism, shoulder the important mission of training high-qualified and applied personnel. The study on the evaluation system of ideological and political education for college students will contribute to a reference to the evaluation criteria for ideological and political educational activities in independent colleges, and will provide a scientific basis for the reform, development, and innovation of ideological and political education, and will promote its scientific development.Currently, academy world has not established a evaluation system of ideological and political education which are scientific, concise, and manipulative, not formed the systemized evaluation mechanisms with the combination of the internal and the external during the process of the practical application, nor even had any profound theoretical study and practical exploration for the evaluation system of ideological and political education in independent Institut Therefore, building a set of evaluation index system of college students’ideological and politic education, which is suitable for independent colleges’actual reality and supports its sustainab development, has important theoretical significance and practical value to improve their ideological and political work,optimize the process of ideological and political education, and upgrade the effect of ideological and political education.Based on the present reality of discipline development and the actual work, this thesis adheres to the modern systems theory for the study, takes the importance and urgency of the research and practice as the starting point for the study of ideological and political education in independent colleges. The thesis serves for the training of applied personnel and the improvement of ideological and political education in independent colleges. Under the evaluation principles of combining inside and outside, the thesis tries to build the evaluation index system of ideological and political education in independent college through drawing on the scientific and systematic research methods for reference and closely connecting with the new trends and new orientation of the ideological and political education and the development of the times.Construction of ideological and political education evaluation syste is a systematic project. This thesis will first deeply illustrate the corresponding build basis of the four dimensions of the evaluation system:the establishment of the evaluation orientation, the formulation of evaluation criteria, the determination of the evaluation principles, and the building of the evaluation system. And the thesis elaborates the building significance from five perspectives:the favor to improve the effect, the effectiveness, and the efficiency of the ideological and political education, and the orientation for college students to establish the correct value. Second, from the combination of the four perspectives of the temporal and oriented, the scientific and systematic, the educational and developmental, the acceptability and operability, the self-evaluation and external evaluation, the thesis analyzes of the building principles. And then, the thesis wholly introduces the establishment mechanism of the evaluation system from the major three levels of the evaluation model paradigm, scope, methodology, etc. Third, the thesis focuses on the concrete build of the system from three levels of the scientific setting of the composition of the set index and the evaluation criteria, reasonable development of the weight design and the scale determination, and the comprehensive of the argument testing and pre-trial amendments. Fourth, from the evaluation of methods and evaluation program the thesis systematically introduces the implementation and operation of the evaluation index system. Finally, from the angle of development of times and practical requirement the thesis proposes the conclusions of this study and further research outlook with an attempt of exploring a new way to build the evaluation index system with feasibility, operability, the effectiveness for the ideological and political education evaluation in independent colleges.
