The Practical Research Of Promoting The Education Cohesion

From the view of pedagogy, Education cohesion means a friendly response between the educational main body,the education world,the education environment and the education, its target is to realize the value of education.There are different points about group cohesion in academic circle, But it is still a relatively new topic to study the education cohesion in the context of education. Even more important, Education cohesion not only reflects the factual seek of the educational development, but promotes country unity and harmony.Education can produce cohesion among education subject, education world and education environment, and embody the collective consciousness and mutual trust of the life, educational purposes and educational main bodies. Essentially, education cohesion is objective reality in education world, is an inherent property of education. It has not only the common characteristic such as reason, dynamic characteristic and multidimensionality, but also has the unique characteristics such as educational, concentration, leading role and complexity.Through the study of education cohesion structrue, we found that education cohesion dimension of the points of internal cohesion and external cohesion, individual, interpersonal, organizational, environmental dimension of points. Also,education cohesion includes the cohesion from educational value, the traction from education ethical spirit, the attractiveness from educational ideal and faith and the adhesive force from culture and educational system etc. Its dynamic structure is formed by the following stages:the embryonic stage, the developing stage, the prosperous stage and the declined stage.There are many factors that may influence the education cohesion。Regarding education itself, education subject, education resources, education process can form education cohesion. Regarding outside education, society care about education, social development has been guided by the education and is eager for development promoted by the education. On the contrary, educational sociality also determines the environmentally friendly features of education.The improvement strategies of education cohesion have been analyzed in the research.The research thinks, education cohesion has tremendous value. The education full of strong cohesion has helped to gain people’s support,been good for in-group solidarity and moral nurturance. To improve education cohesion, the advantage conditions to develope it should be created at first, including external conditions and internal conditions. That is to say, ask all people to care about education from the national level and the social level.And, obtain social identity through continuously improving the education. On this basis, the research puts forward some measures of boosting education cohesion. These measures include the following aspects:First,establish an education mechanism which helps to promote education cohesion, including the organizational decision-making mechanism, set up a scientific and reasonable system including the level mechanism, the management mechanism, the function mechanism, evaluation and compensation mechanism, and guarantee the mechanism’s long-term effectiveness.Second, Seek the way of boosting education cohesion, mainly by remodeling education ideal, advocating education care, establishing education core values, preserving education fairness and setting up modern education system.Third, Explore the methods of boosting education cohesion, comprehensively organize the context of behavior and pedagogy, propose the methods of boosting education cohesion from several aspects including advancing the cohesion of school, strengthening cohesion among teachers and enhancing educational attraction to the stakeholders.
