The Vigorous implement of the new curriculum reform put forward new ideas and requirements for our basic education."People-oriented" is the foundation of our new curriculum reform, teaching to the students that love to know the general and common harmonized development of the basic objectives. The teaching of Chinese reading and writing in senior high school is crucial. Reading and writing are intertwined. We can combine the two in Chinese teaching to improve reading ability and writing ability together. But for a long time, our actual teaching process often regard writing and reading as two different branches. They are ambiguous, dubious, sometimes completely separated. The traditional reading teaching only focuses on language points, while the traditional writing on reading techniques. I summarize:Reading and writing are two relatively independent but interdependent and complementary skills. They are mutually dependent and promoted. Chinese reading is the foundation and prerequisite for Chinese writing as well as reading motivation will be stimulated by writing. The quantity and qualitative of the students’ reading determine the thickness and the width of the students’ writing. The Reading and writing abilities are the two basic language proficiency of the students, and thus they are also the basis of language teaching. Today, we all strongly advocated the idea of the new curriculum. To the comprehensive development of the majority of the students’ reading and writing skills, one of the most effective way is the implement the read and write integrated teaching model. This article first analyzes the theoretical background of the stage to the implementation of read and write integrated teaching model and thus demonstrate their practical needs of a ready definition of the true meaning of literacy integrated teaching model, the final depth of the implementation of high school language reading and writing integrated Teaching Mode of specific strategies. This investigation has such a targeted and practical guiding significance for the study, it will further promote the development of our high school language courses teaching mode.
