Research On Construction Of University Information Risk Evaluation

With the rapid development of information technology in education in our country, construction of university information have gradually become an important part of our information technology in education. the level of information technology has become an important indicator to measure the integrated competition of the colleges and universities. Construction of university information project is a complex operation in a changing university environment, and the process of the construction of university information which is often affected by many factors always deviates from the target of the information construction of expectations. Then information technology projects are on possible risks.Construction of university information risk has become an important issue in relation to university teaching, research and day-to-day management activities. However, the construction of university information, due to lack of effective risk management, will lead to lots of problems regarding construction progress, quality, and effects. There are a number of issues, making the construction of university information facing enormous risks. For colleges and universities to predict, control, response to the information construction of the risk more effectively, the essence is university information risk management, and only a scientific evaluation of potential risks to the information construction can make a successful completion of the construction of university information risk management.This letter has the construction of university Information evaluation system and risk management issues:First, based on studying on relevant data of university information in both our and foreign countries and practical experience as well as risk assessment information, the connotation of university information, project risk management theory, the target management, on the basis of the construction of university information and its risk management analysis, this letter identifies the problems of construction of university information and risk management, and analyzes reasons of risk problems thoroughly, with further risk identification and analysis of university information. The core part of this paper, namely the establishment of evaluation target system of the construction of university information risk, building the construction of university information risk evaluation model, and an empirical analysis to the G construction of university information, based on the evaluation data results, is to make great suggestions for G colleges and universities construction of risk control.Finally, with summarizing the research in this article, this letter gives practical solutions and suggestions to the improvement of the college of information technology risk evaluation in some aspects.
