Along with the development of the information society, all countries have speeded up the pace of the education information. China has implemented a national education management information system construction, the School Link project, rural distance education project, the Western University campus computer network construction projects, colleges and universities "digital campus" construction project to promote information technology in education process. The development of education is that teachers, since the beginning of the1960s, the international education sector has begun to pay attention to the teacher education; especially teachers’ ability has always been the top priority of the teacher education. The Informative society and educational information has put forward to the same new requirements to the teachers, for example, how to improve their Information technology teaching ability and adapt to the changes of education information, which is a question and should be deserved being thought.This study relies on the Philosophy and Social Sciences in Guangdong Province "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" subject "Design orientation of primary school teachers’ professional development path and promotion strategies to start to explore the development strategy of the language teachers’information teaching ability in the primary school. In China, the primary language discipline to carry out is one of the most mature disciplines of information technology and curriculum integration. The primary school language teachers teaching ability of information technology development strategy is a good reference for teachers of other disciplines. Cases selected schools-Guangzhou Nonglinxialu Primary School which is a typical experimental school that has a higher Degree of information, and has been taking part in the integration of information technology and Curriculum. The Information of teachers teaching ability of their school stands for the higher level in the ordinary primary school teachers This school is relying on teachers teaching ability to carry out the development strategy of study for other regions of the teachers have a strong demonstration and reference.This paper systematically studies the development status of primary school language teachers’teaching ability of information technology, and the analysis of key factors to improve the teaching ability of their information technology, which is combined with the primary school language teachers teaching ability of the information structure of the promotion strategies. The final policy is experimented and tested in the in the Nonglinxialu Primary School by teachers of the language group.This article is composed of seven chapters:Chapter Ⅰ:Introduction. Based on the analysis of the background of this study, this chapter put forward primary school language teachers teaching ability of information technology development, and further illustrates the theoretical and practical value in this study.Chapter Ⅱ:A Literature Review. First, this chapter analyzes and defines the key concepts of the present study, and then collects and analyzes the status of the teaching ability of teachers’ professional development and teacher information. Finally, it analyzes the theoretical basis of this study deeply.Chapter Ⅲ:Research design and process. This chapter for the case of this study-Guangzhou Nonglinxialu Primary School, which explains the object of study, goals, ideas and methods of this study to ensure that the research science normally..Chapter Ⅳ:The status quo of the primary school language teachers teaching ability of the information. Firstly, this chapter depends on a literature survey and field interviews to understand the current situation of primary school language teachers teaching ability, and then summarizes the key factors that affect the development of primary school language teachers’information teaching ability departure from the status quo.Chapter Ⅴ:The strategy of primary school language teachers teaching capacity development. Based on Chapter4-The status quo of the primary school language teachers teaching ability of the information, combined with the teaching ability of the information structure of the primary school language teachers, and then put forward the strategy of the development of information technology in primary school language teachers teaching ability.Chapter Ⅵ:The exploration of the development of Primary school language teachers’teaching ability. This chapter carries out the strategy that put forward in chapter5-The strategy of primary school language teachers teaching capacity development in Guangzhou Nonglinxialu Primary School teachers of Chinese language forestry. First, illustrating the whole process of practice, and then analyzes the data from the practice. Chapter Ⅶ:Summary. This Chapter concludes the research from the aspects of conclusions, innovation and weaknesses.
