| The number of people who preferred to pursue their further study after graduation from college or university soars annually for the reason of the impact of financial crisis and the expanded enrollment of graduate students. In the meanwhile, the number of female graduate students increased dramatically and has been even larger than that of male graduate students on proportion. However, some researches indicated that the employment rate of female graduate students is6.4%lower than that of male graduate students. Accordingly, it is of grate importance to study on employment issues of female graduate students.Based on a large amount of previous researches, the author began the paper with Marxist Women Theory and Feminism. After a deep investigation on female graduate students’ attitudes and intentions towards employment, the author made an analysis on employment issues of female graduate students and causes on the basis of questionnaire surveys and case interviews and gave proposals from three aspects, which are society, university and female graduate students per se. The paper aimed to provide female graduate students with helpful suggestions and advices so that they can build up self-confidence and find their best career paths. |
