research purpose: during the weight lifting training, understand thefunctions that high clean and narrow grip to pull up in weight lifting training have to cleanand pull up barbell. Research contents: Using of image measurement and dynamicmeasurement of high-turn, narrow pull-speed, narrow dead lift exercises is carried outquantitative analysis. The participants of this research include ten weight lifters now intraining. And this study is comprised of three phases. The first stage is that in the lab usingimage equipments measure the movement of clean and jerk, high clean, narrow-speed pulland narrow deadlift, respectively. Through data analysis, including clean and jerk, high clean,narrow-speed pull and narrow deadlift, understand the intrinsic link between them inmovement range, velocity and force situation aspects. Then to make an objective assessmentabout the influence of training movement in clean and jerk, and provide some advices andprecautions. Secondly, according to datas and analyse results from the first stage(trainingmethods of high clean, narrow-speed pull and narrow deadlift respectively have beenimproved), from10participants randomly selested five player as the test group, according tnenew way to training these movements (high clean, narrow-speed pull and narrow deadlift) andanother5persom in accordance with the original method of training, during3month.(Notice:all athletes taking part in this subject are now training, consequently, in order to avoid toaffect their nomal practice plans, we just put the contents which we need to study integrateinto the normal training). Then the last stage is measurement again, in the lab condition, usingimage equipments measure the movement of clean and jerk again, choose the best one fordata processing. The test way and the data acquistion are same with the first stage. Througecomparing with figures of stages one and two, objective analysis and evaluation the influenceand function of these kind of three training movement in clean and jerk. Study result andconclusion: these three training actions possess three kind of different function for improvingthe pull up barbell ability in distinct stages, and they will be affected by the quality of makingthe action, for instance, in the process of practising narrow-speed pull and narrow deadlift, themovement size of lifting barbells are not as good as the movement range of clean and jerk,especially the action range of lifting barbells in narrow deadlift is greater. So if the coach useboth training movement to increase the capacity of lifting barbells, the amplitude of the actionto promote have a certain limitation. But in the process of practising high clean, the amplitudeof lifting barbells are more than the movement range of clean and jerk, and the barbells focusand the centre of the human body movement track are most close. Therefore, there are somesuperiorities when using the high clean to improve the amplitude of lifting barbells. Above all, in the stage of devising training plan, we should bear in mind that combine thosecharacterstics and training goal, then make a targeted arrangement and have a practicerequirement, finally to better achieve the training purpose.
