"National long-term education reform and development plan from2010to2020"pointed out that we will establish the students to develop the guidance systemin the high school. It will be able to meet the diverse needs of high school studentsand enhance the overall quality of the students. It can be said that embodies thespirit of "people-oriented" education and school guidance function homing.After one hundred years of development and evolution, its connotation andextension of the students to develop the guidance system to change a lot constantlyenrich the guidance of the content at the same time, according to their actual,forming a unique national characteristics of the student guidance content. Such asservice guidance of US, direction of the French guide, moral life guidance of Japan.In addition, China’s Hong Kong and Taiwan have established life guidance, careerguidance, development of guidance as the main content of the ComprehensiveStudent Guidance System. In China’s Mainland, developping guidance in the highschool contains a series of school system, such as system of moral education,mental health and education system, class system, and high school course selectionguidance system.It can not do a comprehensive coverage of the actual demands ofthe high school students at this stage and It has a dependent, arbitrary, blindnessand lack of professional, systematic, targeted, independent of the characteristics.In my opinion, Firstly, we should improve the policy system and related legaltexts of the students to develop the guidance system.At the same time, we shouldbuilt a complete set of organizational and management system of students todevelop the guidance system in the high school. Secondly, we must establish a setof operating system operating system about guidance system, including: studentsworking system, multi-level prevention and intervention system, assessment andfeedback system. Thirdly, we should accelerate the development of the auxiliaryand support system of high school students the guidance system. we must establishthe training system and qualification system of instructors and information-sharingplatform, build a harmonious development of students guide the ecologicalenvironment system as soon as possible.
