Internalization of moral standards is so essential for self-directed, self-regulation, self-monitoring in the students’daily life. According to the social cognitive theory of the moral self proposed, which defined by Bandura, moral judgement is linked to moral action through self-regulatory mechanisms by which moral agency is exercised. Nevertheless, another cognitive mechanism named moral disengagement make the self-regulatory mechanisms become invalid.Applying cross-sectional design, there comes a review on the influence of both moral judgement and moral disengagement to teenage aggression.600participants are chosen to be investigated with particular questionnaires. The result is to prove that partial elements of moral disengagement take moderating effects on middle school students’aggression and the influence from moral judgement.The main conclusions were as follows:1In the moral judgement among students, hurtfulness of relational aggression comes first, followed by:wrongness of relational aggression, hurtfulness of physical aggression, wrongness of physical aggression. There’re distinct difference on gender and grade of the influence of moral judgement.2From the scoring of different types of moral disengagement capacity among students, moral justification takes the first place, dehumanization, attribution of blame, euphemistic language, displacement of responsibility, displacement of responsibility, distorting consequences, advantageous comparison come afterwards; There’re distinct difference on gender and grade of the influence of moral disengagement.3There’re obvious relation between moral judgement and aggression. There’re inverse proportion between the four factors of moral judgement and aggression.4Moral disengagement of middle school student is direct proportional to the aggression. Moral disengagement could significantly predict aggression of middle school students. According to standard returning index, there are direct proportion between moral justification, euphemistic language, distorting consequences and the proactive aggression of middle school student, and there are also direct proportion between moral justification, euphemistic language, attribution of blame and the reactive aggression.5The moral disengagement has an adjusting effect on moral judgement and middle school student’s proactive aggression. The relationship between moral judgement and middle school student aggression will decrease with the increasing of moral disengagement. The relationship between the wrongness of physical aggression and proactive aggression will decrease with the increasing of the capacity of moral justification and euphemistic language; the relationship between the wrongness of physical aggression and reactive aggression will decrease with the increasing of the capacity of moral justification, euphemistic language and advantageous comparison; the relationship between the wrongness of relational aggression and proactive aggression will decrease with the increasing of the capacity of moral justification and euphemistic language; the relationship between the wrongness of relational aggression and reactive aggression will decrease with the increasing of the capacity of moral justification; the relationship between the hurtfulness of relational aggression and proactive aggression will decrease with the increasing of the capacity of distorting consequences.
