Develop Students' Moral Judgment

At present our country is in the violent period of transformation, social life is becoming more and more open and pluralistic, that kind of the social cultural structure and form of the big unification in the past changed into the culture that the subject culture guided next different forms of culture to mutually dependent and commend develop. The diversity of subject in market economy make pluralistic of the value and standards of value. As a result, moral life is becoming increasingly complex which constantly makes people face the puzzlement of all kinds of moral conflict and moral choice. Especially to the middle school students who are generally between 13 to 18 years old is carrying out the transition from children to youth.It has become the primary task of moral education for the school to help the students to form the independent ability in moral judgment.The author of the dissertation believes that we need the moral judgment capacity to equip us to cope with the increasingly complex moral life in the contemporary society. However, the traditional moral education in our country ignores human subjectivity and creativeness, and pays too much emphasis on moral normalization, limiting the formation and development of educatees' moral judgment capacity. It leads to the fact that educates can only adjust themselves to their environment passively and they are often at a loss with moral conflicts. Therefore, it is not only a practical demand but also an unavoidably important subject in the research on moral education to systematically analyze and search into moral judgment capacityMainly adopting methods of literature review and theoretical analysis, the author studies moral judgment capacity. Firstly, the author begins with the definition. And then analyses its features, structures and types. Secondly, the author discusses the necessity and possibility of cultivating moral judgment capacity. Lastly, methods of cultivating it in school moral education are put forward.Moral judgment capacity is on the right moral cognition, uses moral episteme, analyses moral question that we face and the capacity of making the scientific judge of right or wrong, good or evil. It founds on the scientific rational capacity of moral acquaintanceship. It is the logical jumping-off point and precondition of moral choice capacity. In addition, moral judgment capacity can be divided into different typesaccording to different criterions, but these types are not exclusive from each other as moral judgment capacity itself is regarded as a whole. It's necessary to cultivate man's moral judgment capacity, because it's not only the necessity choice of the pluralistic society and the most important part of the moral education, but also the key to advanced substantial results of moral education.In order to cultivate moral creative capacity, firstly ,in moral teaching classes , lies special emphasis on cultivate moral ability ,let them both have culture and Moral ability, adapted to social development; changing former values knowledge the idea of the induction, guiding students morals cognition performance is good behavior pattern, real acquire morals of development. Insist virtuous teach improve the student's morals judgment ability in the fulfillment. Secondly ,improve moral teaching classes .Explicit with school virtuous teach curricular instruction thought from set out the judgment ability of the development morals physically; draw up layer clear virtuous teach a course target; enrich to enrich virtuous teach a course contents; perfect and virtuous to teach a course method diverse; course result is obvious or not, have a close relation with teachers, so we should improve teacher's character; pay attention to the campus environment's influence to students strengthen a recessive course construction. At last, provide the social milieu of the student moral judgment capacity growth, transfer family, community participates in many ways, common construction good virtuous environment, improve students' morals judgment ability.
