Abstract:CPC National Congress proposed building a moderately prosperous society in an objective, important and difficult in rural areas, especially the poor and backward rural areas. In recent decades, China’s rural education has been greatly developed, but the whole is still relatively weak, large educational gap between urban and rural areas, and this gap still further widening trend. Behind has been the impact of teacher education in rural areas is one of the bottlenecks. National "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" should be made to adhere to giving priority to education development, and effectively improve the level of rural teachers, especially teachers. Teacher education is to improve the quality of teachers in a basic way. At this stage, our teachers, post-secondary education is not divided into rural and urban areas, lack of rural teachers of special concern. Based on the three districts of rural Nanchong Municipality survey analysis of primary school teachers, on the basis of the full research, through in-depth analysis of the causes of rural primary school teachers in-service education put forward a series of targeted, feasible countermeasures and suggestions with a view to decision-making reference to the relevant departments to promote the education of rural teachers in post effectively.This total of five parts.
