With the development and the popularity of internet technology, the college students have become an important force to produce and disseminate the internet public opinion, and they have also become a momentous group affected by the impact of internet public opinion. Because of a variety of contradictory highlights in the period of social transformation, and the guidance of domestic and foreign hostile forces, the non-rational network public opinion has happened frequently. Meanwhile, it often produces mass incidents in the detonating cord of public opinion crisis.
