The employment of college graduate is a prominent issue which has serious impact on social harmony and stability. To solve this problem, China needs overall consideration to enact the relevant policy measures, and also need a thorough reform of the college to fit in with the times and social needs and community, China need different sectors of the community make concerted efforts and pull strength together.This paper based on analysis of college graduate supply and demand theory research employment policy of college students in our country on aspect of supply, demand and match.Firstly, this thesis introduced relevant concepts, characteristics of college student employment policy, and category of employment policy in theory, especially some new-employment policy, also quote the employment policy analysis model point out how the employment policy of supply, demand and matching policy to affect on employment.Secondly, reviewing college students employment policy historical vicissitude, comprehending and analyzing these policies in different period and summarized.Thirdly, through condensed questionnaire and data, this paper point out the outstanding effect on the employment policy of supply, demand and matching policy.Finally, analyzing problems in college student employment policy on aspect of supply, demand and match, and put forward new policy and direction to improve and perfect tactics and direction of employment policy.
