After "the decision about the basic education reform and development" has been promulgated by the state council in2001, rural school layout adjustment in the nationwide has been scaled up. According to the research of more than ten years, the research contents mainly include the rationalization of school layout, integration of education resources, the benefits of school layout adjustment and other respects which need to address policy issues, and it is little information about how to make the student development after the school layout, and the moral growth for the primary and secondary school in countryside, in the another words, there is no scholar in educational circles have to study at present. Therefore, this article selected the YiWu city which in the middle of Zhejiang province as a typical candidate to be the object of study to research the children moral growth in the rural school after the adjustment completed.This article use the literature method, questionnaire survey method and interview method to be the research method to study the questions from children’s moral growth which is after the rural school layout in Yiwu. And it divided to three parts:the first part reveals the moral predicament of growth problems children have to face, and then analysis its background, performance. Characteristics after grasping the moral growth status of the rural children experienced the environment changed. The second point out the reason why rural children grow into moral dilemma from the rural family, urbanization school and community. The last part is making some suggestion to solve the dilemma of the rural children’s moral growth from strengthen the countryside children’s family moral education, improve the rural school moral education and constructing the moral education environment between urban and rural.As to the actual situation of rural primary school layout adjustment of Yiwu, the research of rural children’s moral situation from the children who experience the environment changed, analysis the dilemma and its reason of rural children moral growth, give some ways to solve the problems in the rural children’s moral growth could be good to help them avoid the negative possibilities in the moral growth when the environment changed, and then finally promoting their moral character to be health, advancing the moral education reforming of school and family, adjusting and innovation the moral education’s goal, content and form in family and school, perfecting the policy about rural school layout adjustment and the theory of children’s moral growth.
